Hi! My name is Ann Sirenko and I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.). I have designed a kick as* plan to DETOX post the Holidays and help you start the new decade feeling amazing! If you're feeling sluggish, tired, bloated, stuck in a loop of cravings and want to loose a few post-Holiday pounds this cleanse is for YOU!
If you are ready to start 2020 feeling incredible, join me on this simple yet effective detox program that runs from January 13th to 26th! And don't worry if the timing doesn't work for you, you will have access to all the materials to do this at a different time.
We are exposed to toxins on a daily basis from poor food choices, pesticides, additives, environmental toxins, chemicals, toxic thoughts and emotions etc.
Our bodies work hard to eliminate these toxins but they get overburdened and don't get enough nutrients to support effective detoxification
If you’re not taking steps to support detoxification, toxins accumulate and lead to poor digestion, skin issues, hormonal imbalances, weight gain, lack of energy, low mood and much more over time

1. DELICIOUS FOOD
A 14 day Meal Plan including recipes that will leave you feeling satisfied and nourished while avoiding inflammatory foods such as gluten, dairy, sugar, alcohol, caffeine (if you dare) and processed foods but don’t worry I promise you will be satisfied! (VEGETARIAN and REGULAR option)
Each day will include 3 main meals, 2 snacks and additional snack ideas in case you get hungry
Substitution ideas will be available for many recipes
Weekly grocery lists including all the items you will need to follow the plan, organized by section of store to save you time and money when shopping
