You'll get a Recipe Booklet weekly filled with delicious recipes that will be focused on real, whole foods without any severe restrictions. You will also get a Meal Planning template with a sample of what a week can look like using the recipes. You will feel lighter, more energized and achieve better digestion with this meal plan. Here is what you will get:
- Weekly recipe booklet for 3 weeks that includes nourishing and delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes
- Meal Planning template so you can plan out your meals (if you wish) along with an example of what a week can look like utilizing the recipes
- Most recipes come with substitution ideas so you can tailor it to your taste buds and swap out some ingredients

Important information to know:
- Will include a mix of plant-based recipes and ones containing animal products
- All recipes will exclude refined sugar and will be low on gluten and dairy
- Recipes will be sent out each Friday for three weeks - can sign up anytime! For example, if you sign up on a Tuesday you can expect your first Recipe Booklet to arrive on Friday of that week
