Hi! My name is Ann Sirenko and I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.). I have designed 14 Day FALL DETOX program, inspired by the teachings of Medical Medium Anthony William. The Detox Plan will help with POOR DIGESTION, FATIGUE, INFLAMMATION, EXCESS WEIGHT and getting rid of unproductive bacteria in your body!
Fall is a perfect time to DETOX as your body is already in a natural rhythm of "letting go". The detox program runs November 2nd to 15th, just in time to have you feeling great for the HOLIDAYS! And don't worry if the timing doesn't work for you, you will have access to all the materials for life to do this at a time that is convenient for you.
Clearing toxins is more important then it's ever been as we're exposed to stronger chemicals, bacteria, viruses, air and water pollution, eat more refined foods, consume more sugar, use more drugs and stimulants which all expose us to a greater level of toxicity.
Our bodies work hard to eliminate these toxins but they get overburdened and don't get enough nutrients to support effective detoxification.
If you’re not taking steps to support detoxification, toxins accumulate and lead to poor digestion, skin issues, hormonal imbalances, weight gain, lack of energy, low mood and much more over time.
This program will give your body a much needed break from the intake of toxins and foods that feed bacteria and viruses so that the body can focus on repairing and restoring.
Details of the PROGRAM (Nov. 2 - 15th)
You will get a 14 day Meal Plan including recipes that will leave you feeling satisfied and nourished while avoiding foods that feed viruses, bacteria, contribute to inflammation and other chronic symptoms.
Each day will include 3 main meals and 2 snacks.
Substitution ideas will be available for many recipes.
Weekly grocery lists including all the items you will need to follow the plan, organized by section of store to save you time and money when shopping.
Focus is on detoxifying and nourishing the body with whole foods
KEY DETAILS OF THE MEAL PLAN...
Fat-free high-fruit breakfasts 5 days of the week to improve digestion, detoxification and energy levels
Plant based 5 days of the week to give digestive system a rest from digesting animal products (this process requires a lot of energy) - if you'd like to do 100% plant-based this option is available below
Low-fat to improve function of the liver, thin the blood to allow flushing of toxins, improve bile production for better digestion, and help you lose weight (if that is your goal)
Avoids Level 1-4 Troublemaker foods from the Cleanse to Heal Book by Anthony William, Medical Medium- these foods can feed bad bacteria and bugs in the body, dehydrate, contribute to toxicity and thicken the blood (eggs, dairy, gluten, soft drinks, pork, tuna, corn, industrial food oils, soy, lamb, fish and seafood with exception of wild salmon and trout in plan, vinegar, fermented foods and all sources of caffeine)
