Hi! I'm Ann and just like you I'm also a thyroid warrior. It's my own journey with Hashimoto's that lead me to discover my passion for nutrition, as I experienced firsthand the incredible shifts in my symptoms from changing what I ate, how I moved my body, my thought patterns and lifestyle habits. I becoming a Registered Holistic & Functional Nutritionist so that I could share the knowledge, wisdom and tools to help other women regain their energy and feel good in their bodies.
