You know when your bananas get all those brown spots on them...well that is the PERFECT time to make a Banana Bread (the bananas will be extra sweet and mushy)! This bread is free of gluten, dairy, processed sugar and eggs and is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets as well.

I like to use 100% real Maple Syrup in my baking recipes. Maple Syrup is rich in minerals such as zinc and manganese, which serve as antioxidants, combating the effects of free radicals and support a healthy immune system.

It will leave your whole house smelling so amazing too!!!
